The Prestwick Experience

Returning in 2026 to Prestwick Golf Club, we take pride in offering a warm and friendly welcome to all visiting golfers. From the moment they arrive, guests are treated as Temporary Members for the day, and we encourage them to make full use of the Club’s facilities.

A key part of this experience is the opportunity to relax in the Smoke Room (our main lounge) and enjoy a traditional lunch at the long table in the Dining Room. Many visitors are pleasantly surprised by the access they are granted to these historic and exclusive areas of the Clubhouse—an invitation to truly immerse themselves in the hospitality and heritage of Prestwick.

We kindly ask that all guests observe the Club’s dress code: gentlemen are expected to wear a jacket, collared shirt, and tie, while ladies should change out of golf attire for lunch.

To fully enjoy ‘The Prestwick Experience’, special tee times are reserved exclusively for visitors between 08:00 and 08:30 and 14:30 to 15:00 on Wednesdays. These timings allow for a relaxed round of golf followed by a three-course lunch in the Dining Room. Or arrive for lunch followed by golf afterwards.

The full experience, priced at £390, includes one round of golf and lunch (excluding drinks).
